Tha annual Southern Illinois University Farm to Fork Dinner will be held the night of Tuesday, April 18 at 5:30 pm in Grinnell Commons.
SIU Chefs have crafted a menu to showcase locally grown food with optional local beer and wine pairings. Fermentation Science Institute Director Matt McCarroll has chosen local beers and wines to pair perfectly with each course. Tickets are on sale now- don't miss out!
